NPHCDA has successfully distributed the COVID vaccine to 35 states in Nigeria
NPHCDA has stated that it has delivered the covid-19 vaccines to 35 states in the country.
The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) announced to the National Economic Council (NEC) that it has delivered the covid-19 vaccines to 35 states in the country with the exception of Kogi. This was disclosed at the NEC meeting on Thursday in Abuja, by Dr Faisal Shuaib, the Executive Director of NPHCDA.
Faisal also reported that the application of the vaccine has been launched in most states’ treatment centers. He informed the NEC that a dashboard showing the level and efficacy of the vaccination would be released weekly. He assured the NEC that Nigeria would receive its second batch of vaccines before the exhaustion of the first batch.
