Amazon Cloud and Salesforce to combine products
Amazon Cloud and Salesforce are coming together to do something that will result in maximum customer satisfaction.
Amazon Cloud and Salesforce Inc are working towards the collaboration of their product offerings to give their mutual customers a better and more comfortable user experience.
The product collaboration between Amazon Web Services and Salesforce Inc is based on a mutually beneficial deal that will last over five years.
Ryan Aytay, the Chief Business Officer of Salesforce Inc said:
‘‘Mutual customers with data stored inside Salesforce programs who want to use such services as Amazon’s artificial intelligence offering can now do so without having to transfer data between the two companies.’’
An added advantage of the product collaboration between Amazon and Salesforce for their mutual customers is how easy it is for them to now use Salesforce’s code-writing tools to point and click on data available in Amazon servers.
Neither Amazon nor Salesforce disclosed how proceeds from the collaboration will be shared amongst both companies.
